Hi, I'm Lena — the hands behind LÚA

I was born in Latvia, moved to Israel as a teenager, and my heart found another home in Germany.

Looking back, my life has always been a collection of little treasures: Jurmala's windy beach, salty curls, the blues of the Sea of Galilee, the peaceful shores of Lake Constance, walks with Alpine views, flea markets, tiny cafés, seashells tucked into pockets, and sunsets that make you stop for "just one more minute."

Some people collect stamps. I collect moments.

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to beads. No matter where life takes me, I always seem to find my way back to them. I guess some love stories are simply meant to last.

Somewhere along the way, I fell completely in love with Portugal — the light, the tiles, the ocean, the quiet warmth of it all. When it came time to name this collection of treasures, LÚA felt right immediately- "moon" in Portuguese, and it carries a little piece of that love with it, the way everything I make carries a little piece of somewhere.

Every LÚA piece begins with something that fired up my heart, something I wish I could keep forever.

I don't believe jewelry has to be serious to be beautiful. I love mixing tiny, playful treasures with timeless pieces, because life itself is a little bit of both.

When you wear a LÚA piece, I hope it becomes part of your own story.

Maybe it reminds you of a trip you never wanted to end, someone you love, or simply a day when the sun felt a little warmer.
