Shipping from Israel
Every LÚA piece is made by hand and shipped straight from Israel. Please allow a little time for your piece to be lovingly packaged before it heads your way - I'll always keep you updated with tracking once it ships.
International Shipping
LÚA travels - just like I do. I ship worldwide, so wherever home is for you, your piece will find its way there. International delivery times vary by country, but rest assured, every order is packed with care and sent as quickly as possible.
Every LÚA piece is shipped via Israel Post.
Domestic Shipping (Israel): ₪20
International Shipping: ₪30
Free shipping on orders over ₪200 (because a little more love should always travel for free.)
Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
International orders typically take 5-15 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your piece ships, so you can follow its journey home to you.
Please note: delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs inspections or local postal conditions beyond my control. Thank you for your patience - every piece is worth the wait.
Returns & Exchanges
Every LÚA piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so I'm not able to accept returns simply due to change of mind.
That said, if your piece arrives damaged, or if something went wrong with your order (wrong item, missing piece, etc.), please reach out - I'll always make it right, whether that means a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
Just contact me within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out together.
